ROTORY SEED CLEANER

Rotary Seed Cleaners can be put to use for blowing off lighter material, scalping larger trash from any sample in one go at high speed. This seed cleaner can achieve excellent cleaning capacity even under high radish and rye grass infestations. It can work to produce premium crops from paddocks good enough for sale as feed. We are catering to farms of different sizes, with our different size machine in the range of rotary grain cleaning.

A series of reasons for efficiency:

There is no centre screw in the one piece barrel design for propelling grain along the screen, which means the grain while continuing along the screen length rolls down the rotating barrel, while in some situations is thrown against the other side, increasing screen area used.
More aggressive cleaning can be achieved with higher rotational speeds result and the machine angle can be adjusted to alter the time taken to pass through the barrel to remove more or less screenings.
"Scalp Barrels" eliminate oversize trash just before the grain is added to the main cleaning barrels and increase the machine's efficiency.
Our efficient cleaning process eliminates the need of using oversize holes in screens losing valuable grain to improve throughput.
All augers drive together with screens via a drive line and eliminate hydraulics which often demand continuous monitoring and much larger engines.

The steel fabricated multi-tray seed cleaner has an eccentric shaft assembly unit for multi-tray reciprocating motion. A worm gear motor connected to variable frequency drive control panel regulates the feed by volume control feeding in the feeder made of steel.

There is a specially designed vacuum chamber for convenient operation and maintenance. The blower is mounted on frame to better the level of air efficiency.

The separated seeds are collected separately from tray one and three.

The seeds collected in tray two and four are transported to vacuum suction chamber to deliver cleaned seeds, free from stone and mental pieces, collected through conveyor.
